Roundtop's mission

Construction is well underway, independently funded and expected to be completed in summer 2026.

ROUNDTOP's mission is to provide artists with sponsored housing and studio space, allowing them to focus on their work without the burden of rent.

Fellowship sponsorships will make that mission possible.

Annual Fellowship


Each fellowship sponsors one artist in residence, providing housing and dedicated studio space at no cost to the artist. Sponsors have the opportunity to nominate an artist for consideration and play a direct role in supporting contemporary artistic practice.

Fellowship includes:

  • —Private live/work residence
  • —Sponsored housing and dedicated studio space
  • —Participation in Upstate Art Weekend and Upstate Open Studios
  • —Opportunity to nominate an artist for consideration
